Hello, I am Mike, an experienced mature professional computer repair Technician and Consultant located in South Ozone Park in Queens, NY. I have close to 24 years of experience in the computer repair and technology world and now specializing mainly in Computer ‘Software’ repairs on a part time basis working out of my Home Office.

As far as references go, you can view my Testimonials page to see REAL true reviews as posted on Angie’s List by past customers. Or I can always provide upon request THE BEST character and professional references from both customers and professionals in the industry.

I take great pride in my work and reputation and after repair services and support. You will always be able to speak to me personally on any given day and time during working hours if ever needed.

For any ‘hardware’ related issues such as screen repair, keyboard or any Motherboard work I also belong to a network of experienced Technicians. My network of professional’s creative talents will give you what you need as they are up to date with modern technologies.

But that does not mean in any way that their prices are high, as a matter of fact, they will rival any “individual” who provides the same quality services! I can easily provide great business and character references from other Professionals in the Industry who can be contacted by either phone or email and who will vouch for my honesty, reliability and professionalism.

Payment and Warranty info!

Everything I do comes with warranty, whether you mail your item to me or require any of my services in person, if you should so desire so you can have security for your item or for any of my services by making payment with credit card via PayPal.

I have an account in good standing with them and of course you will have BOTH your credit card and PayPal’s buyer protection so you can feel confident to mail your items to me so you will have protection for any of the services I provide. You also have the option to make payment by check or Money Order, whatever will be most comfortable for you.

What I think separates me from the competition is my attention to detail, commitment to providing exactly what the customer wants and more, my reliability and most of all my post-repair support. I do NOT abandon the customer and you will never have a hard time finding me, I will ALWAYS be there when you need me.

My phone support hours are officially usually Mon-Fri 9am to 7pm but the customer can still try to reach me by phone at any time 7 days a week, if I am not available by phone after official working hours then I can still be reached by email and I will always respond to emails within 24 hours.
